Villa magnolia is a delightful, comfortable house situated in a peaceful fishing village, only a 5 min. stroll from the beach.
It has two apartments.
The lower apartment ( 75m2) has a bedroom ( double bed), bathroom, kitchen and dinette, and a veranda that opens into the garden.
The upper apartment(130m2)has two bedrooms( double and twin beds),
two bathrooms,large living area, dining room, kitchen and a terrace with a lovely view of the sea.
All the rooms are bright,spacious, tastefully furnished. Both apartments are equipped with modern appliances.
Enjoy the tranquility of the garden, with its oleanders, fig and olive trees. It has a BBQ. There is parking within the house gates.
Local Area DetailsThe village is very peaceful and picturesque, the sea pristine in its beauty.
Enjoy swimming, snorkling, scuba diving.All beaches are easily accessible.
Or you can hike to the fortress above the village and see a breathtaking view.
This is an excellent starting point for all major tourist attractions.
The town of Rogoznica is a 15 min. drive away.
You can visit the towns of Primošten, Trogir, Šibenik, NP Krka, NP Kornati, and Split.
After you tire of the hubub, you can retire to the tranquility of Villa Magnolia.
