Situated on the eastern side of Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu is only six miles from Nice Airport and along with Villefranche and St Jean Cap Ferrat forms one of the most exclusive residential enclaves in the World. The town is surrounded by steep hills and because of this has the warmest climate of all the coastal towns. Due to its warm climate even in winter, the town has become particularly popular with wealthy retired people and they make up a large percentage of the towns population.

About Skiing

Skiing is available about one and half hours away. You will need a car for this.

About Nightlife

The town is very refined and is not the place to visit if you are looking for nightclubs and packed beaches. The only real night life in the town is centred around the casino, with its many gaming rooms and a cabaret show. The casino is extremely beautiful and if gambling is your thing then this is by far the most stylish establishment on the coast. If however you catch the train or bus you are equidistant, 6Km, from Monaco or Nice.

About Transport

Airport Nice 25mins by train, Railway 5 mins from studio and bus 2mins. No need for a car...it is probably a disadvantage.

About General Entertainment

The town is very refined and is not the place to visit if you are looking for nightclubs and packed beaches. The only real night life in the town is centred around the casino, with its many gaming rooms and a cabaret show. The casino is extremely beautiful and if gambling is your thing then this is by far the most stylish establishment on the coast. Nice and Monaco offer masses of entertainment all year.
