Carib Vista Villa sits at the top of the hill in Iron Shore, just 3 miles from the airport and 5 miles from downtown Montego Bay. It has a large private pool surounded by beautiful gardens with a hilltop view of the Caribbean. Each bedroom has its own full private bath with another full bath off the pool area. Each bedroom has AC & ceiling fan; the Villa has cable TV, laptop computer & internet connection, DVD, stereo etc. It is staffed by three exceptional people who have been with the Villa for years. Sharon is a fantastic cook, Conroy your houseman and Wendy to make sure everything is clean and to your liking.
Local Area DetailsAn 18 hole Ironshore golf course is just 4 blocks away; stores, movie theatre and discos are just one mile away at the bottom of the hill along with a private beach; other stores, beaches & discos are within 2 to three miles away, and of course the downtown Montego Bay Hip Strip is just 5 miles away. Water parks & dive shops are nearby. Our driver can be hired to take you anywhere you would like on the Island and local taxi's are always available.

| The off season rate is $900.00 US per couple per week; Christmas & New Year's weeks go to $2500.00. Base price is $1400.00 per week for 2 persons and $175.00 for each additional person up to 6. This price includes airport transfer & a 10% gratuity to your three person staff. A 25% deposit is required to make the reservation with balance due 30 days before rental begins. We accept Mastercard, Visa or personal checks in US currency. |
