The property, built in the eighteenth century, has been completely renovated with taste and skill by the Rossetti family.
Surrounded by a great green park (4000mq), Filicaja Holiday house rises by the river Arno and offers its guests 17 independent apartments of 2, 3 and 5 rooms, finely decorated and and with every comfort, TV, heating and air- conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. For guests use there is a large covered car parking, a barbecue area equipped with a big wood-burning oven and, on request, a great swimming pool and the possibility to use a gym center with sauna, a few steps from the structure.
