This modern apartment sleeps upto 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (1 en-suite), fitted kitchen, Lounge/diner and large entrance hall.
The kitchen has A fridge/freezer, gas hob, kettle, microwave, toaster and all necessary utensils.
In the lounge/diner there is a sofa and 2 chairs, TV and DVD player, with a good selection of DVDs and a coffee table.
Bedroom 1 has a large en-suite shower room, double bed, large wardrobe, full size mirror and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, with single bunk above, wardrobe and full size mirror.
All bed linen and towels are provided, as well as an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The apartment also has the benefit of central heating and fans, for the summer months.
High-chair, travel cot and buggy can be provided if needed.
The dining area has a dining room table with 6 chairs.

Local Area Details

Barrio de Monachil is a large village, nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Its warm and friendly atmosphere is most noticable in the cafes, bars and restaurants, of which there is a good selection. ( The bars also give substancial tapas with each drink).
There are also several shops, which include small supermarkets, bakeries, chemist etc. As well as a bank, doctors surgery and laundrette.
There is an hourly bus service into Granada city centre, with a bus stop just outside the apartment block.
The ski resort, Solynieve, is half an hours drive up into the Sierra Nevada, which, during the summer months also organizes all kinds of outdoor activities.
Just a few minutes drive up from Barrio de Monachil, into the old town of Monachil, there are several excellent hiking routes, which lead up into the surrounding hills.
