Any place is nearby from this centrically located apartment. It’s only then a matter of what you like to do. Right in front of it you find the incredible Parque del Oeste (West Park), one of the backbones of the city, a pleasant place that makes you forget the rest of the city when you go for a walk among the trees from Cristo Rey to Palacio Real (Real Palace) and the place known as “the Madrid of the Austrians” where you take a break and be part of the multicolor environment enjoying a “tapa” or dining at one of its well known restaurants. The university sector is just 10 minutes away. There are several universities gathered in this sector. From Madrid’s Universidad Complutense, to the private university of San Pablo Ceu. If you like going shopping, you’ll find interesting stores in this same area, however within a five minute walk you will arrive at Calle Princesa (Princess Street), which is one of the sites with a wide variety of stores. Lots of buses pass by this apartment, and taking the subway is also an option as there are two points of access there that will take you anywhere you like
