Property Details
This delightful two bedroom apartment is placed on the ground floor of an apartment block situated directly on Penoncillo Playa.
The block was recently built and has a rooftop pool and large terrace.
Entering the apartment takes you into a large tee shape hall. Almost immediately to your left is the large fully tiled, family bathroom.
This plays host to a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet and w.c.
Further down the hall and to the right takes you into the master bedroom. On offer is a double bed, two chests of drawers, fully fitted wardrobes and a small dressing area. The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled and comes complete with a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, w.c and bidet.
Back down the hall and to the right is the second bedroom with twin beds and fully fitted wardobes.
Then further on to the right is the fully fitted kitchen complete with ceramic hob , electric oven, canopy extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Turn right back into the hall and you are into the lounge with a comfortable double sofa bed, chair, side unit, t.v ,video, cd player and a dining table and chairs for six people.
There are sea views through the patio doors which take you onto a small terrace. This plays host to a table and seating for four with unspoilt sea and beach views.

It is a safe and sandy beach with a good selection of chiringuitos and merenderos. Offering local dishes, wine and beer.
It is very well located for visiting the surrounding villages both coastal and inland.
There is a wide vareity of water sports, horse riding trial biking and and many many more sports all within easy reach.
