This very spacious property offers three double bedrooms, a recently re-fitted separate kitchen, bathroom, shower-room, 2 toilets and is tastefully furnished throughout. The large, private (south facing) roof terrace provides sunshine throughout the day and overlooks the communal pool, surrounded by well-maintained gardens.

Upon entering the property, you will find a very large living room with TV and DVD player, ceiling fans, sofa, relaxer chairs and study area. French doors open into a conservatory style dining area that overlooks the pool and seats 6 people. A well-equipped recently re-fitted separate kitchen with oven, hob, microwave fridge freezer etc.. A downstairs shower-room with toilet and washbasin. A very large utility room with a door leading to the gardens. The marble staircase gives access to the upstairs accommodation. Here you will find the bathroom and the 3 double bedrooms, one of which provides access to the large wrap round roof terrace.

There are numerous restaurants within just 5 min walking distance from the house offering international cuisine from traditional Spanish to Chinese, Thai, Hungarian, Italian and English fish & chips! The nightlife is also plentiful with disco bars, Irish pubs and many more to choose from. The nearest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away and there are many banks situated in this area too.

The blue flag beaches of Cabo Roig and Cala Capitan are both within (5 mins and 15 mins respectively) walking distance and have beach bars offering light snacks and refreshments. The beaches are very clean with clear blue waters, making them safe for children.

Local Area Details

Cabo Roig is in the South Costa Blanca, a region boasting some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. Beaches are blue flag, cleaned every morning and the water is clear. There are an array of water sports including pedaloes, jet skis, water skiing, wind surfing, etc.

The Aquopolis Water Park in Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive from the property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch.

There are local activities for all the family including horse riding, go-karting, scuba diving and sea fishing.

Buses to Torrevieja are available regularly during the day, which is a lively town with its street markets and permanent summertime funfair, cosmopolitan shops and restaurants.

There are seven internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach. Green fees tend to cost from thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Within a 10 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses: Villamartin, which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas, is a stunning but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor, is situated in two valleys with magnificent views and a beautiful clubhouse, to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafes and restaurants where you can eat and drink after your round.
All are within easy reach (a 10-15 min drive). For the hard to please a 40 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from.

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.
