Casa Caproniis a beautiful country house with a splendid panoramic view above the Niccone-valley with its characteristic castles
It is situated in San Paolo di Preggio, half way between Umbertide at Tevere river and lake Trasimeno. 
The small Niccone river, which is only approximately 1 km away from the house, forms the border between the provinces Tuscany and Umbria. This typical umbrian house, built of local rock stone is situated amidst a 25.000 square meters large, partly untouched area among pines, cypresses and olive trees. Even children find beautiful places for games.
With the restoration, the original character of the around the year 1700 built house, has been preserved. The technical and sanitary facilities however, correspond to latest standards.To the house belongs a roofed outdoor area, a big grass-surface with garden furniture and a traditional oven built of rock-stone. Bake your own crispy pizza or bread in this unique facility and eat it under shady trees or grill your meat on the barbeque, which belongs to the house. Each apartment has its own 
separate entrance and a seat-group outside
