Villa Ammiraglia is a beautiful and stilish villa with antique and elegant architectural interior design. It is situated in front of a little lake in Poggio dei Pini 15 min by car from the beach and 15 minutes from the capital city of Cagliari. Floors are in parquet. The villa has two levels with an indoor elevator. In the ground floor there is a spacious living room with large sofas, the large windows open on a big patio and a 600 mq rich garden. At the same level there is anpther living room with a billiards table. The tour continues in the very big kitchen with fire place for barbeque and wonderful dining room with. In the ground floor there are two bathrooms and a double bedroom. Everything is full optional and decorated with taste. The second floor can be reached through the nice wooden stair or through the cristal elevator. At the first floor there are two bedroms (one with two single beds, the other with a king size double bed). Bathrooms are marble maden. Each room of the villa has a nice view on the garden that surrounds the house and the lake, each bedroom also has it's own veranda.
Local Area DetailsNearby the villa there is the well equipped sport center of Poggio dei Pini. There is a swimming pool and several tennis courts. You can have access to it previous booking. In five minutes by walk you will reach the restaurant, pizzeria, caffetteria and food shop of the village.At 10 minutes by car there is the beach of maddalena and within a ray of 30 km many other beaches like, Nora and Chia.
The main town is Capoterra (5minutes by car) where you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Cagliari, the capital city of the region is 15 km from the villa. Nearby is also possible to find a horse riding center and a golf course (20 km). Poggio dei Pini is a very quiet and secure place to chose for your holiday!
