Property Details
This charming Savoyard chalet was originally built as a small hotel. We have carried out an extensive programme of refurbishment which has retained all the charm and atmosphere of the chalet, whilst creating three spacious en suite rooms, there is a fourth double room which can be used in conjunction with the room next door to provide a family suite for up to five people. We can accommodate up to 10 people, depending upon the mix of the group.
Because the chalet is an old building, the rooms are larger than average. The newly refurbished bedrooms feature spacious shower rooms with WC or bathrooms with shower and WC. Our open plan sitting room and dining room features an enormous wood-burning stove.
A luxurious chalet - recently refurbished and newly furnished, offering four double rooms, three of which have en suite bathrooms. Private balconies, private terrace, enclosed gardens, BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs.

The Portes du Soleil region is the largest interconnected ski area in the world and has 628kms of piste, 288 marked slopes, 209 ski lifts and covers 8 French ski resorts and 6 Swiss resorts! The chalet is ideally placed to provide swift access to a number of Portes du Soleil ski stations. The neighbouring ski regions of the Grand Massif; Samöens, Flaine & Le Carroz are 40 minutes by car and Megeve and Chamonix are approximately 90 minutes.
The spectacular Ponts du Diable (Devil’s Gorge), is only 2 kilometres from the chalet. Lake Geneva and the spa-towns of Thonon-les-Bains and Evian-les-Bains are approx. 20 kilometres away.
There is a supermarket with petrol/carwash facility 6 kilometres away from the chalet, which is more than adequate for a weekly shop. Additionally, a larger hypermarket is available, about 24 kilometres distant. The village of le Biot, which is within walking distance of the chalet, has a restaurant/bar, bakery, post office and tennis courts. It also has a ski-hire shop. The village of St. Jean D'Aulps is approx. 5 kilometres away and boasts one of the finest restaurants in the valley! The town of Morzine has a sports centre, tennis courts and banking facilities.
