The 3 bedroom apartment 130 m2 is light, spacious, comfortably furnished and decorated in a contemporary style and is an ideal retreat for taking in the sun, the pool, the beach, the golf, the stunning views, the vibrant nightlife and everything that the Costa del Sol has to offer.
The Large front terrace is accessed by patio doors from both the lounge and the master bedroom. It has wonderful views to the mountains, the sea and on a typically clear Andalucian day you can see Gibraltar and North Africa. The smaller rear terrace has equally wonderful views to the mountains and the renowned Los Flamingos golf course which is just minutes away.
The master bedroom suite features a luxury bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and twin basins. The other two double bedrooms share a separate bathroom. | Bookings can be flexible but in order to take advantage of preferable air fares, rentals normally run from Friday to Friday and long weekends can sometimes be offered from Friday to Tuesday. A 25%deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday. A refundable security deposit of 150 Sterling is payable on receipt of the keys.
For during October to March excluding Easter & Christmas, the weekly rate is : 392,00 Sterling
For during April to June the weekly rate is : 490,00 Sterling
For during July & August Easter & Christmas, the weekly rate is : 595,00 Sterling
The above rates assume a party of two sharing, for a party of more than two, please add 56 per week.
Extra night are pro rata. A discount can be offered for bookings of three or more consecutive weeks.
