The weekly rates include water, power consumption, linen for beds and for bathrooms.To be payed in loco at the key holder: �200,00 for the deposit guarantee that we will give back on the departure date and �120,00 for the final cleannings. Tourist tax: 1 euro/day per person payable on site.
In the prices are included power consumption, towels and bed linen include the change over.
