We highly recommend this modern well appointed apartment as an excellent property for your holidays in Estepona. The apartment is just a 15 minute walk to the Las Dunas hotel and the beach with all the water sports that the beach has to offer. It is very easy to spend relaxing and quality time at Dunas Green whilst on holiday on the Costa del Sol.
It is great for the peace and quiet and perfect for families with young children as the swimming pool is fenced, has a lifeguard (during the summer months) and begins at a depth of only ankle deep! A Parking space is included and is very close to the property. The apartment is on the first floor of a quality building, which is accessed by a lift/elevator or stairs. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable, the lounge having two sofas, Sky TV and Spanish TV. There is a good sized balcony where you can dine and take in the beautiful views of the huge gardens with the central featured swimming pool. The swimming pool has its own clean changing rooms and there is a life guard who watches the pool during the summer months. As an added security feature for children, the pool is fenced and gated. The gardens and pool area have an abundance of good quality sun loungers available for your use. The pool is enormous (about 50 meters long). It begins with a shallow end of about five inches / 12 cm of shallow water which gradually goes down to about two meters of depth. This is an apartment which has a great pool that you would really want to spend time in without feeling like it is over crowded. The pretty colourful gardens are cared for and well worth a wander around. All in all, this is a quality apartment, in a well presented and maintained urbanization, which has many benefits as a holiday destination.
This apartment is extremely well located for those who wish to spend their holiday in a quiet environment and yet be close to many amenities. Dunas Green is located just 10 minutes walk from the Las Dunas Hotel, which is half way between Estepona and San Pedro on the Costa del Sol. The entrance for Dunas Green is gated and is manned by a security guard. There is a bridge over the main road which provides an easy and safe route to the beach. There are some very popular restaurants and bars around the Las Dunas Hotel which we would have no trouble in recommending.
Local Area DetailsEstepona was a traditional small Andalucia’s fishing port, situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, just at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja Mountains. Sheltered from the cold northern winds and created a mild climate all the year round. Estepona has growing up to one of the most important tourist towns on Costa del Sol with a fantastic Marina, magnificent beaches, excellent golf courses, new lovely developments, luxurious four and five Star hotels and delicate restaurants. But, Estepona has managed to preserve its peaceful town atmosphere around the old town in traditional Andalucia style of architecture, balconies with flower pots and whitewashed houses there older folks are sitting and charting outside their front doors in the evening, notice the passers-by at they have done for years.

| Making your Booking
The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us. Once we have received your booking and all appropriate payments, we will, subject to availability, confirm your holiday by sending a Booking Confirmation and Invoice to the party leader. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on any document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. Please note: none of the advertised holiday prices published on our website include travel arrangements, for example flights. Please check at the time of booking.
Payment
In order to confirm your chosen holiday dates, a deposit of £150 must be paid within 2 weeks of booking. We will advise you of this before you confirm your booking.
The balance of the booking price must be received by us not less than 8 weeks prior to departure. If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we will send you a written reminder. If you do not pay all payments due in full within 7 days of receiving this reminder, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out below will be payable.
Insurance
We will not accept your booking unless you purchase holiday insurance. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs.
Cancellation by you
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your chosen dates once they have been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing by recorded delivery post or fax. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us at our office.
If we receive your notice of cancellation 8 weeks or more before departure, we will retain the full amount of your deposit (NB “deposit” includes, in addition to any other monies paid or due at that time, all amounts paid or due at the time of booking in respect of any flight(s) you have booked).
If we receive it less than 8 weeks before departure, the following charges will be payable
