Accommodation & Facilities: The detached villa is a comfortable, well designed, spacious & attractive accommodation for up to 8 people; set within its own private garden, private swimming pool and car parking. The ground floor contains the main living area complete with television, DVD & CD player, dining room and fully fitted modern kitchen with all essential utilities, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine and WC. Access to the private pool and patio area is via double patio doors. On the first floor are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite with balcony plus a further two double rooms with single beds all of which have fitted wardrobes. The first floor also has one family bathroom with bath/shower. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. There are air conditioning units throughout the villa and also central heating for those rare chilly winter evenings. The villa is fitted with luxurious marble flooring throughout and is stylishly furnished with comfortable contemporary furniture designed by BO Concept. To the rear of the villa is the private pool with surrounding sun terrace, which provides luxurious sun loungers and patio furniture, outside shower and brick built barbeque, all of which is ideal for al fresco dining. A private car port is to the side of the villa for those wishing to hire a car, although a car is not essential for your stay.
