New two-roomed flat at the top of a hill on the beautiful Ionian Coast in Salento, the Apulian peninsula in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea. It is perfect for your relaxing holidays in this area.
Ideal warm and dry climate also during the winter months for nature lovers and people who like walding and cycling.
Furniture and equipment are new and modern. The flat is comprised of a living-room with a kitchen-unit (with a fridge anda freezer, an electric oven, a stove top and a double sink), a dining area and a bunkbed with three sleepings and a double sofa),a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (with a shower, a water tester of 30 litres and a washing machine), air-conditioning (cold/warm) in the bedroom, a shady terrace and sat-television. The flat is comprised of 4 comfortable beds but in case of an emergency, a total of 7 beds can be used. We offer also a comfortable private parking, a stone barbecue and 8000 mq of private olive orchards surround the house.
Local Area DetailsThe well known village of Santa Maria di Leuca is about 10 km away, and has shops, restaurants, pubs and discos.
From its port, boats depart for a visit to the nearest interesting marine caves (grottoes)situated along the coast.
Starting from our property, you can visit many historical towns and charming villages in the surrounding areas such as Otranto, Gallipoli and Lecce.
Other activities: Water sports, fishing, cycling, hiking or walks, sightseeing and sampling local cuisine in typical restaurants.
