Property Details
Las Brisas has a large heated swimming pool ( with life guard), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, a separate childrens pool, a childrens play area and 2 tennis courts.
Overlooking the pool is the reception building including a snack bar, bar and restaurant, indoor games room and shop.
Las Brisas is only a five minute walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Playa Blanca.
The bungalow has its own patio garden which includes 2 sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue. It is well appointed with an all electric kitchen comprising oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven along with a full range of crockery and cutlery.
The comfortable living area includes a dining table and chairs, a colour television with satellite reception, dvd and a telephone. There is a sofa bed which sleeps 2.
The bedroom has two single beds, supplied with bed linen, there is plenty of storage space and a mosquito roller blind to the window.
The separate bathroom has a wash basin, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over, shaving point, mosquito blind to the window. Towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE Pool towels are also provided but a refundable deposit is required on your arrival at Las Brisas.
The change over day is Thursday with the villa available from 17.00 hrs.
Local Area DetailsPlaya Blanca is approximately 30 minutes drive from Arrecife. Located on the south coast of Lanzarote, Las Brisas is a well established complex of bungalows originally developed by Wimpey. The complex has been credited as a R.C.I. Gold Crown Resort.
