The Bella Vista is located in Malibu Canyon, just 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. We are nestled on the side of the Santa Monica Mountains with gorgeous views, thus the name Bella Vista. The B&B rooms are part of our beautiful ranch-style home. The Champagne Suite has a king size bed, wood burning fireplace, air conditioning, cable TV/VCR and an adjoining private bath. We also have a second room called the Burgundy Room which has a queen size bed, TV/VCR and separate bathroom.
Local Area DetailsWe have some wonderful hiking tails within minutes from our house. The Backbone Trail has many switch-backs making it fairly easy. The views get better and better as you make your assent. The Malibu Creek State Park (5 minute drive) has many trails to choose from. This was the filming location for the TV hit series "Mash". Within a 30-60 minute drive we have
the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, the Getty Museum, Universal Studio Tours, Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm.
