Local Area DetailsCalahonda, probably the most well known urbanization on the coast, is situated 15 mins. west of Fuengirola and the same to the east of Marbella. It is an extremely busy and lively resort all year round and hosts a very wide variety of bars and restaurants. The beaches of La Cala and Puerto Cabopino are less than 5 minutes drive and at least 20 golf courses can be reached in 15 minutes or less. Further attractions such as the popular little village of Mijas, the renowned Puerto Banus, sea life centres, Tivoli World and wildlife parks are also close by.
