The beach is a five minute walk away as are the taxi ranks and bus stops. The gound floor of the property contains a lounge/dinig area with open plan kitchen and a downstair loo. There is also a sofa bed which sleeps two. There are two good sized double bedrooms, one which can be a double or a twin and a bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a large roof terrace affording total sunbathing privacy. A small outhouse contains washing machine & tumble dryer. A pleasant patio area leading to the gardens is ideal for young children due to it's walled and gated security.

Local Area Details

Calahonda, probably the most well known urbanization on the coast, is situated 15 mins. west of Fuengirola and the same to the east of Marbella. It is an extremely busy and lively resort all year round and hosts a very wide variety of bars and restaurants. The beaches of La Cala and Puerto Cabopino are less than 5 minutes drive and at least 20 golf courses can be reached in 15 minutes or less. Further attractions such as the popular little village of Mijas, the renowned Puerto Banus, sea life centres, Tivoli World and wildlife parks are also close by.
