A brand new complex of four bedroom villas, located in the heart of Pefkos Village .Two bedrooms have full-sized double beds while the others have twin beds.
All bedrooms have LCD HDTV sets with satellite, internet point,a roomy closet, a safe and a hair dryer.
The two living rooms are equipped with LCD/HD TVs and have comfortable sofa-beds that can sleep 4 more.
There are four bathrooms, two with jacuzzi, and the others with bath tub and shower.
The two wide verandas, overlook the pool and have sea views. Both are equipped with tables and chairs.
The two kitchens have fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker, blender and coffee maker. All cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
There is a cleaner’s room with washing machine, iron/ironing board and all necessary cleaning equipment.
Superior Villa can be converted into two autonomous villas, each with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and cleaners room, by a middle double safety door.
All linen is supplied. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms and living rooms. Internal phone to nearby restaurant for food delivery and catering service. Internet access. Private parking space.

No charge when replacement found by client. Prices are per day in euros VAT included Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms free of charge. Prices include weekly cleaning service and linen changing service .More bedsheets and towels in closets to change as often as you wish free of charge .Baby beds available on request at no extra cost. |
