The Beach House is just a few steps from the beach. The beach here is a pebbly bay with crystal clear water popular with snorkelers. Either side of the bay stretches long sandy beaches.
The house is in a row with 6 others and they share a swimming pool at the end of the terrace.
The house has the advantage of a small enclosed terrace at the front and rear of the property. The house is bright, modern and comfortable and fully air-conditioned throughout.
The lounge has comfortable seating, English satellite TV, a DVD and a selection of board games and books. The kitchen is well equipped and an archway connects it to the open living area.
There is a double and twin bedroom upstairs both with small balconies. There are 2 shower rooms with walk in showers (one upstairs and one downstairs).

Local Area Details

The beach house is ideally located next to the beach and is great for winter breaks as well as summer holidays. There are a selection of restaurants within a 3 minute walk of the house with a few cafe/bars on the beach itself. There is a mini-market across the road.
A car is an advantage for exploring further afield. It is a 10 minute drive into the town centre of Denia. Denia has a lovely marina, an old town with boutique shops, a castle and tapas bars. Boat trips can be taken from here.
Within a thirty minute drive of the house are safari parks, theme parks, water parks and 4 golf courses.
