Beautiful sunny apartment. It has a balcony on three sides so you can chase the sun (or shade) all day. The balcony has sea views, mountain views and views over the very spacious gardens and pool.
The lawned gardens are huge and therefore never crowded and the swimming pool is very big surrounded by sunbathing terraces, gardens, mature trees for shade and pergolas. It is a one minute walk from the pool to the golden sandy beach.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has satellite TV offering a selection of channels in 5 languages as well as a DVD player.
The kitchen and living area are open plan and although compact the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and fridge-freezer.
The two bedrooms are both twin although in one of them the beds can be put together. There is a full bathroom.

Local Area Details

The apartment is in a fantastic location. One minute from the golden sandy beach which has a beach bar and a couple of popular Spanish restaurants. It is a 2 minute walk to a selection of popular and well priced local restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. The bus stops at the end of the road and runs regularly into the town of Denia.
Denia has a lovely marina, old town and castle, boutique shops and tapas bars. Boat trips can be picked up from the port.
A little further afield (less than 30 minutes by car) are safari parks, theme parks and water parks and 4 golf courses.
