The gite provides spacious, well-appointed accommodation for up to 6 people + cot. Great care has been taken to make La Villa Fleurie restful and the French charm and character combine with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. For winter stays central heating ensures a comfortable stay.

The ground floor consists of a light and airy lounge/dining room furnished Breton style, with patio doors into the garden with SAT/TV + DVD, a fully fitted kitchen. Appliances include a dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge plus washing machine. There is also a w.c./shower room on this floor.

The first floor has 3 large bedrooms and a w.c./shower room. A cot (with sheets, pillows, quilts, etc), baby bath and changing facilities plus high chair, stair gates and intercom are available.

There are books and board games available in the villa for guests' use.

In addition if you want to improve your French conversation, we can assist. You can set aside the odd hour during your stay to improve your French with French native, Rachel.

La Villa Fleurie is a pleasant gite in Brittany, set in a beautiful garden, situated in the countryside close to the towns of Evran and Dinan. With this self-catering accommodation there is something for everyone:

For those seeking the countryside peace, there are opportunities for country walks around the pretty lanes that surround the villa or along the canal that runs through the town nearby.

For families there are plenty of distractions for the children as the villa has a play area in the garden and the accommodation is child friendly.

The picturesque town of Evran is within walking distance and medieval Dinan, the port of Saint Malo and the airport are only a short drive away. Although it has this convenience, the location is secluded and peaceful and in the heart of the countryside.

The gite provides perfect, family friendly self catering accommodation, is friendly and inviting, cool in summer and warm in winter and the garden is a delight in which to relax.

The owners live on site and having local knowledge are happy to recommend local restaurants, activities, etc.

Beaches in Brittany Beautiful sandy beaches within 30 to 45 minutes from the villa in Lancieux, St Jacut-de-la-Mer, St Cast-le-Guildo, St Lunaire to name a few. Markets in Brittany Local markets are great places to buy fresh local produces direct from growers. Produces are fresh and the quality is usually very high. As markets get crowded by the number of locals and tourists, it is advisable to explore them early! Each town or village holds its own unique type of market on a specific day each week. Whilst staying in our gite, markets can be found in our own village in Evran, or in the area in Dinan, Dol, Cancale, Dinard, Combourg. Rennes market is the second biggest market in France. Well worth a visit! Evening markets offering local produces and craft are also organised in the summer.
