The studio apartment overlooks the pretty spa town of Bagneres de Bigorre, with fantastic views of the Pyrenees. The peaceful location is opposite woods yet you can walk to the boulanger each morning for fresh bread and croissants or to bars and restaurants in the evening.The studio has its own entrance, separate kitchen/diner and shower room. The main living room has a double bed and double bed settee and comes equipped with TV,DVD, CD player and is centrally heated by gas. This room opens out onto a balcony with garden furniture. The Kitchen has a fridge freezer, 2 ring hob, combination microwave and grill and is fully equipped for self-catering. Cot, highchair can be provided. The rental includes bed linen and towels use of the gardens, BBQ, parking and storage for bikes or skis.

Local Area Details

Close to the largest ski resort in the Pyrenees it is an ideal location for cycling, golf, walking and a host of other activities. The Tour de France passes this area each year and the spectacular scenery makes it a wonderful place to visit and explore. There are many attractions nearby, the observatory at the Pic du Midi, Lourdes sanctuary, the Cirque de Gavarnie, a UNESCO world heritage site are just a few. Spain and the beaches of the Atlantic are in reach for a day out. With a thermal spa in town, casino, cinema, swimming pool, golf course and plenty of very good restaurants it is perfect for holidays year round. The bustling Saturday market is great for soaking up the flavours of France and stocking up on fresh local produce.
