This lovely private holiday home complex has been newly built for 2007.
Consisting of 14 two storey townhouses/apartments overlooking two luxurious swimming pools plus a children's pool which are for the exclusive and private use of the residents.
The complex is located in a most desirable area on the edge of the resort of Kalamaki. Just a 5 minute stroll will bring you to the famous and ever popular Michael's Taverna and a further 5 minutes will take you right into the heart of the resort with all it's facilities. A 15 minute walk from the complex is the crystal clear blue waters and white sands of Kalamaki's Crystal Beach, one of the favourite nesting beaches of the famous Loggerhead Turtle.
Each of the townhouse apartments consist on the ground floor of living area which leads onto a large veranda area overlooking the pools and gardens, a fully fitted modern kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster along with all other cooking equipment, also on the ground floor is a wc. On the first floor there is a main bathroom, either one or two bedrooms with either double or twin beds, and leading onto another large veranda also overlooking the pool and gardens below.
The 2 bedroom apartments can comfortably accomodate 4 people plus 2 children (10 years and under) if sofa beds in the lounge area are utilised. The 1 bedroom apartments can comfortably accomodate 2 people plus 2 children (10 years and under) if using sofa beds.
Also on the grounds for communal use is a BBQ area and outside showers.
All prices quoted are for the 2 bedroom apartments. There are also 1 bedroom apartments available - please request price & availability details if required.

| If you wish to proceed with the booking, we will require a deposit of 30% to fully secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday booking plus a security deposit of 100 Euro per apartment, will also be payable at that time. This security deposit is returned within 2 weeks of your departure.
For 2 week bookings a Mid-Stay clean is provided. Additional cleans or laundry changes are available at a small additional fee.
Cots and high chairs are available to hire on request.
Air-conditioning is available at 25 Euros per week.
A welcome pack is also available if requested.
