Our luxury villa is located on the exclusive Calabay Parc development, which is within 15 minutes of Disneyland, supermarkets, shops restaurants and championship standard golf courses, and yet only 30 minutes from Orlando airport and 60 minutes to Sanford airport. The villa offers spacious fully air-conditioned accommodation and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The large family room is equipped with TV, DVD and music centre providing an area to relax, unwind and admire the view across the pool. The villa has four bedrooms, two masters with ensuite, plus two twin rooms all of which benefit from cable TV. There is also an appointed games room with pool and football tables.

Local Area DetailsCalabay Parc is located on Highway 27 just minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort®. The community is immaculately maintained and very peaceful. All homes are furnished to an very high standard and this is now regarded as one of the most desirable communities in the Kissimmee Area. Within 5 minutes drive you have access to a shopping complex, which includes a large Publix supermarket, liquor store, video hire shop, Chinese restaurant , McDonalds, nail and hair salons amongst others.
