Nice old cottage with central air. Located on Pretty Beach, this side of Bass Lake has a nice sandy bottom lake - no muck! Very clean inside and out with large deck to enjoy the outdoors. There is a marked auger, rope and hook in the lake so you can bring your boat. This cottage has 25' of lakefront so there are no restrictions to lake access. Large yard with plenty of room for the kids to play. If interested in monthly rental we can lower weekly rate. (Boat and pier in pictures not included in rental.)

Sleeps 6,…. 2 bedrooms, and a pull out sofa in the living room. Amenities include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tv, etc.

Listed rental price is for a one week (7-days, 6-nights) rental agreement. For summer months (June, July, and August) we only rent by the week. During the Fall, Winter, and Spring months we do rent weekly or for weekends.

The U.S. Dollar is at an all time low versus the Pound and Euro, take advantage of this price before the U.S.'s 2008 election year!!!

Local Area Details

Ten minutes from the Culver Military Academy at Lake Maxinkuckee. Close to drive-in movie theater, horse back riding, restaurants, shopping. Ten minutes from Tippecanoe River State Park.
