This nice one bedroom property is perfectly placed for Burriana beach and the town centre of Nerja. Both being just a short walk away.
The urbaniastion is very peaceful and offers two good sized communal pool among mature gardens.
Walking into the apartment, you find the open plan kitchen on your right. This ofers all that is required for a self catering break including oven, hob, fridge/ freezer etc.
The fully tiled bathroom is opposite and comes with a bath with overhead shower. wash hand basin and w.c. It also plays host to a washing mahine.
The lounge / dining area has a comfortable sofa bed, t.v (Spanish only), radio / C.D player and a small dining table and four chairs. From the lounge french doors take you onto a small terrace with a patio table and four chairs. There is then an additional roof terrace accessed via a spiral staircase. This offers sunloungers and fantastic views to the mountains and mediterranean sea.
The bedroom offers twin beds, fitted wardrobes, side table and lamps. There is the option of air conditioning. Charges apply.
