The property built in 1901 is a large and spacious four bedroom rural farmhouse recently renovated but maintains many of its original features, and will accommodate two families or ten people if travelling with children. There is a fully equipped utility room with all amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, along with baby facilities. Outside is a large above ground pool for sole use of the guests only.

Bedrooms: Four double bed rooms, 1 super king size, individually decorated and furnished to a good standard. Comfortable, airy bedrooms, with sitting space. The rear bedrooms have large patio doors providing a view to die for, across the open fields and farm land.

Bathrooms: There is a modern fully fitted bathroom, with a white suite, containg a seperate bath and large shower cubicle.
Light and airy with plenty of space for moveability with children or older people.
Separate downstairs toilet.

Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with a modern and French style to it, along with a breakfast bar with seating area for quick snacks and morning coffee. The cooker has electric hob and extracter fan. Toaster, kettle deep fat fryer & rotisserie available.

Utility Room: There is a fully equipped utility room with all facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, washing line, iron and ironing board, large free standing fan, protable electric heaters, and separate drinks fridge.

Living Rooms: The living room has a convienient and modern fire place for atmospheric evening relaxation, with a large and comfortable bed settee, for larger parties. A TV, stereo system, DVD player and playstation are provided with a variety of music, films and games.

Other: A cozy wood burner is available for use in the dining area, along with plenty of crockery and cutlery for eating in or out doors. Set in the middle of the room is a beautiful Indian style dining table, which will comfortably seat 6 to 8 people.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Rental includes all utilities, heating, bed linen, towels etc. Property is cleaned before arrival and upon departure.
A hairdryer is situated in the master bedroom.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board are available for use at any time.

Notes on accommodation.
Baby facilities are available including cot, highchair stair gate and pushchair. Please provide personal linen for the cot. Electric heaters are provided in all rooms along with portable electric oil raidiators. Climate: Generally warm and showery in spring, with temperatures often reaching 30 plus degrees through the summer and often, a warm late autumn. Downstairs toilet and bed setee are provided.
Golf clubs available upon request. (2 sets of adult clubs and 1 set childs clubs). 2 sets of fishing rods and tackle avialble upon request. All baby facilities are provided including a cot, high chair, stairgate and pushchair.

Outside.
Car parking is available at the front of the house and there is a gated front diveway for added security. The rear of the garden is gated and has plenty of space for children to play. For alfresco dining there is the use of the modern fixed BBQ, and gazebo along with dining table and chairs.

Pool/Outside.
At the rear of the property there is a large above ground pool, (6 meters by 3.5 meters) for sole use of the guests. The pool has removable ladders for added saftey of little ones and comes with solar heated cover, which will raise the temperature of the water by up to 8 or 10 degrees during the summer months,and is avialable for the sole use of the guests form April to late October.
Alongside the pool are loungers/deckchairs for sunlovers and a gazebo for those who enjoy the more shaded areas.

A seperate bistro style table and chairs is situated on the rear terrace.

There are 2 adult bikes and 1 large child's bike avialable for use, should one wish to have a leisurely ride to the next village or to the local tennis courts at the rear of Chambon. Games are provided for children and adult entertainment, including outdoor chess and there is a large tennis net along with rackets.
