To the rear of the property is the rear patio with BBQ and overlooks the communal pool making it ideal to watch the children. The beach is approx. 8 minutes walk through the pine forest and sand dunes.
Local Area DetailsThere is a regular bus that stops on the urbanization and this takes you on a scenic route to the town of Guardamar 2 Kms away and drops you right outside the supermarkets Whilst there treat yourself to some tapas browse the shops or stroll along the prom Being on a bus route a car is not essential but if you wish to explore the area it could be beneficial
