Local Area DetailsBantry Bay and Sea Point are known for their near perfect climate and exclusive neighbourhoods. Sheltered by Signal Hill, this wind free area is perfect for long summer days and nights. The sparkling Atlantic at its feet and mighty Lions Head in the background make for a dramatic setting. Midway between the Waterfront and Camps Bay, we are very well situated for easy access to the amazing variety of leisure spots on the Atlantic seaboard, its world class restaurants and shopping centres. Clifton Beaches are within walking distance from the guesthouse and a 5 min drive from the apartments. The famous Seapoint promenade invites for an evening stroll to watch the sunset. Table Mountain, city centre, the Convention centre as well as the football stadium are all a 5 minute drive away.

Cancellation Policy
•A deposit of 20% and full credit card details will secure your reservation. Deposits made to guarantee are non refundable. The balance of accommodation is to be paid on arrival.
•Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation is payable.
•Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the full accommodation account is payable
•NO-SHOWS will be charged as originally booked.
•In the event of premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
•Refunds of deposits/ prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet apartments.
•All major credit cards are accepted.
•Children welcome in the apartments

Upon your arrival, we will finalize payment, keys etc at Villa Sunshine Guest House.
