Local Area Details

This beautiful holiday apartment is situated on the outskirts of Paralimni in a predominantly residential area and is within easy walking distance of local shops, bicycle hire, boutiques, supermarkets, and restaurants. The main Town is only 5 mins. away (by car) and boasts a wonderful range of shops, restaurants and trendy bars around the old market square. There is even a Marks and Spencers for those of you that may become homesick!
Paralimni is the administration centre for the region and therefore stays open all year round.

The busier area of Ayia Napa is a short (15 mins) car journey away and is well known for it’s lively club scene, the bars and clubs are open all night so you can party until the early hours.
Protaras is also just a 10 minute car journey from the resort and offers many different bars, shops and restaurants to choose from as well as sight seeing opportunities.

The nearest beaches are only 3 mins by car and have a fantastic reputation for being amongst the best on the island with Protaras and its family friendly beaches also just 10 mins away.
