We have 2 x two-bedroomed houses to let in Altamar (a quiet resort in the centre of Las Americas)three doors apart. They have recently been renovated and each house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a double bed settee downstairs in the sitting room.
Upstairs there is also a bathroom with shower and balconies off both bedrooms.
Downstairs there is a full kitchen with a washing machine, toilet, sitting room leading out to a terrace which overlooks a communal pool.
We have a TV and DVD player.
Local Area DetailsHolidaymakers of all ages will enjoy staying in one of our houses which boast a central location near beaches, bars and restaurants.
We are right next to Las Americas newest golf course. A few minutes walk away are the beaches where you can get boat trips and water sports.
It is in prime position for walking in one direction to the fishing village of Los Cristianos (which is now joined on to Las Americas) or the other way to the marina at Puerto Colon and the twice weekly market at Torviscas.
