The spacious living area is all on the upper floor. There is a spacious lounge / dining room with a leather sofa and chairs, open fire place, sat tv (1 or 2 English channels only) and a dining table that seats 6 people.
From the lounge there is a covered terrace hosting patio furniture and spectacular views across the countryside down to the coast and up to the mountains.
From the covered terrace there are a few steps leading down to the well-maintained, lawned garden and private swimming pool with a shallow end of 1.35 meters which is surrounded by balustrades making it ideal for the safety of young children. Within this area there is a brick built BBQ with rotiserrie. Beyond the pool there is a small orchard which offers a variety of fruits.
The American style kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and all else required for a self catering holiday, along with a small food pantry.
There are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds, the third bedroom offers twin beds. All offer ample storage within wardrobes and drawers.
There is a full bathroom consisting of bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c. along with an en-suite shower room. Both have recently been refurbished.
An outside laundry is placed below the terrace and looks over the lawned gardens.
The front of the property offers ample car parking.
