Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking a very attractive street and there is a roof terrace. Parking is available either outside the property or close by.

Local Area Details

The apartment is ideally located for experiencing Spanish village life and exploring Andalucia - Malaga and Ronda are less than an hour away and there are many white villages to visit. Guaro is surrounded by olive and almond groves. The Costa del Sol beaches are 20-30 minutes drive away either to the famous beaches of Marbella and Puerto Banus or less visited undeveloped beaches a few minutes further along the coast. (The owners are on hand to give exact details of how to get there). Guaro is 10 minutes drive from Coin, which is developing into a major town with large hypermarkets, a shopping centre, underground carparks, etc. Marbella is approx 20 minutes drive and Malaga just under an hour. There are many white villages within half an hours drive and local 'ventas' (Spanish country restaurants) en route. Ronda is less than an hour's drive along a picturesque mountain road. The village of Monda, with its spectacular castle/restaurant/hotel is less than 10 minutes drive.The coast is just over 20 minutes drive with numerous golf courses. There are also inland courses less than 30 minutes away. Casa Sevilla is a few minutes walk to all amenities in the village, e.g. mini supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, tapas bars and a couple of restaurants. There are several restaurants in Monda (10 minutes away) and also en route for and in Coin.
The area is excellent for walking, painting, bird-watching, sight-seeing or sunbathing, with the beach just 20 minutes drive.
Malaga airport is less than an hour's drive away. A car is necessary and can be hired at the airport.
