Newly constructed two bed roomed semi-detached villa with a large heated pool and large pool terrace set in the tranquil hills surrounding the village of Sao Marcos da Serra in the Algarve. It offers the serenity of country walks and drives yet it is only half an hour’s drive from beaches, golf clubs and horse riding centres. Faro airport is only forty minutes drive away.

The fully equipped villa sleeps maximum of 5 people and offers the following:

1. Two double bedrooms; one en-suite with fitted wardrobes and large walk in showers. Additional bed can be accommodated in the living room.
2. One family bathroom with a large walk in shower.
3. Large open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, satellite TV with English and local channels and DVD player)
4. Air conditioning and heating throughout.
5. Barbeque and seating area.
6. Various seating and sun bathing areas.
7. Baby cot available on request.

Car hire is essential. If you need assistance with car hire we can arrange it for you with a reputable local firm. If you prefer we can arrange to meet you at the airport. The cost of transfer from Faro Airport to the villa is Euros 50 for a maximum of 4 adults.

These are included in the price. Towels are changed twice a week and linen once a week. Washing machine is available.

Evening Indian meals can be provided.

Fresh seasonal organic produce is available from the garden. We can offer, depending on the time of the year, peas, beans, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, sweet peppers, chillies, okras, aubergines, bitter melons(karela), dudhi, soya beans, carrots, cucumber, various salads and herbs, melons, oranges, strawberries, etc.
