The apartment is situated in a very beutiful residential village, Borgo San Basilio, about 1km from the beach of Marina di Pisticci that belongs to Pisticci village on top of the hill above. The apartment is furnished with elegance and a great deal of thought has gone into the design and planning of the village with each group of apartments having its own pool. It's composed of 50 sqm situated on ground floor with a terrace of 25 square metres that is covered. There are two bedrooms (one with doublebed and one with two single beds), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen/living room with TV and sofabed and. The apartment is also equipped with dish- and washmachine, car space and use of pool. The village offers tennis field, bars, restaurants, a grocery store and a couple of clothes shops.
