Villa Marina di Pisticci is situated in Marina di Pisticci as close as it's possible by the beach. It's the last property before the pine forest that is prohibited to take down in this special region. Thus it has a walking distans of about 15 minutes to reach the beach and a wonderful countryview. It's closest neighbour is a hourse stable and it's around 700 m away from restaurants and a bar open all year around.
The villa has a floor space of 170 sq metres with two floors that are divided in two housing. Perfect when you want to invite your friends for vacation or if you want to rent out your property. The ground floor is composed of a flat with a floor space of ca 30 sq metres that consists of a kitchen and dining room, one bedroom, bathroom with shower and a terrace with roof.
The second part of the ground floor, ca 55 sq metres, consists of a big living room with fieplace, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom and a balcony with a small roof. The whole property has been restored in 2004-2005, completely furnished and is fenced all round with a garden of ca 2300 sq metres.
