Welcome to our luxury Suncasa Villa which is located on the private gated community of Cumbrian Lakes.
We have furnished the property to a very high standard to give you that home away from home feeling. Downstairs you will find a large Family Room with a 32 inch cable TV and CD Music System, this room leads directly out to the private heated pool and spa which backs onto a wooded conservation area. The Kitchen and Breakfast areas are fully-equipped and lead to a more Formal Dining and Living area. All the downstairs windows have been fitted with soft furnishings which co-ordinate with the furniture. Two bedrooms are situated downstairs, one contains a Queen bed with cable TV and French windows to the private pool and the other contain Twin beds, these share a full bathroom.
The wide staircase leads to the open plan landing that overlooks the Family Room and has a play area containing Cable TV and a Playstation2. There are three bedrooms located on this floor one of which is the Master Bedroom which has a King-size bed and its own Master Bathroom and large walk-in shower. French windows lead out to a private balcony which overlooks the pool and conservation area. The other two bedrooms on this floor contain a Double Bed and Twin Beds again sharing a full bathroom.Additional toilets are located downstairs and outside by the pool.
