Beautiful and well equipped villa in a very quiet location in the orange groves near to Oliva beach. The villa has two double bedrooms, one twin room and one children´s room with bunk beds. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space. The spacious lounge with open fireplace has a double and single sofa bed so the villa could sleep up to eleven people. The lounge also has television and DVD player and a dining area with seating for eight. The fully fitted modern kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and hob and oven. There is a washing machine as well as a second fridge freezer in the utility room. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower.
At the back of the house is a large covered barbeque area with table and chairs. At the front is another covered terrace leading to the beautiful pool which is well equipped with six sun loungers and lots of pool toys.

Local Area Details

Oliva is a typically Spanish town with 10 km of fabulous unspoilt beaches.The old town is a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with white washed Spanish town houses. A walk around the town will bring you to gardens, fountains and monuments as well as some fabulous architecture and the beautiful blue domed churches of St. Roc and Sta. Ana.
The city of Valencia is only 45 minutes away by train from Gandia and all the attractions of Benidorm can be reached in 30 minutes by car. A drive inland will bring you to some breathtaking mountain scenery with castles, waterfalls and old Spanish villages.
Oliva is the ideal location for a holiday in "real" Spain away from the tourist crowds.

From June to September there are numerous beach bars within a ten minute walk of the villa. These are like small night clubs with their own DJs and are open 24 hours, seven days a week.

Oliva has a huge expanse of sandy beach which is still not crowded even in the Summer months

Oliva Nova Golf complex is within a ten minute drive of the villa.

About Fishing

There is excellent fishing in the nearby river and the villa has a licence to use the facilities provided on the river banks.
