Situated in Elviria beside the five star Don Carlos Hotel, Alanda Country Club and Marriott Marbella Resort these apartments boast excellent views and have the added advantage of being only a few minutes walk from the beach. Marbella and Puerto Banus is only 15 minutes away by car and the Port of Cabopino with its excellent selection of restaurants and bars only 5 minutes. The apartments have both a large main pool and a shallow, children’s pool solely for the use of the residents.
The apartment consists of an entrance, off which leads the fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing M/c and dishwasher. The two bedrooms, master double room with en suit bathroom, twin bedroom and second full bathroom. The lounge/dining room has doors out onto a West-facing patio which leads directly to the pool.
The property is equipped with Cable TV and a video, it also has air conditioning & heating making it perfect from both summer and winter visits.
Weekly maid service and change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Local Area DetailsElviria is centrally located for access to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola it has excellent shopping facilities all within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants and bars close at hand not to mention the large selection of beach bars. For the sun worshiper the beaches at Elviria are considered to be the best in the area and for the golfer there are 5 courses located less than a 5 minute drive away.
