Villa rental Nerja - Situated in the Capistrano Playa area of Nerja, above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful and recently built 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home commands spectacular sea views. Access to Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away, Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk, 5 minutes by car.

The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, salon/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The salon is equipped with Sat TV, DVD Player and CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchens is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and the usual eletrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle, etc. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the salon/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terace from which there are stunning panoramic views.

Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open onto the private pool 6 m. x 4 m.) and its terrace area.
