Villa Bouganvillea, is a beautiful two storey 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa completed in 2004 to the highest standard.

The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms, two fully fitted bathrooms, one of which is a ensuite to the master bedroom. All bedrooms are on the upper floor and there is a third separate guest toilet on the main level. There is a delightful terrace and the main salon leads directly to this terrace which borders a small private pool (5m x 4m shallow end 1m).

All of the accommodation is finished and furnished to the highest standard. Barbeque, satelite TV (limited channels), CD player ,DVD player, washing machine and microwave oven complete the extensive list of installations. For winter months this property is equipped with oil fired central heating throughout.

Villa Buganvilla is situated in the heart of the most sought after locations, midway between the Burriana Beach and the centre of Nerja, neither being more than 7 - 8 minutes stroll away.

Urbanisation Bajamar is located in a splendid position for access to all amenities.

The ever popular Burriana beach with its front line restaurants, bars, newsagents & beach wear shops, is just 3 minutes walk away.
