This villa is situated 2 kilometers above the village of Frigiliana in a quiet rural allocation and is reached by approximately 500 meters of surfaced track. Situated on a side road in an elevated position, this newly constructed villa sits in its own private well-maintained grounds and is ideally placed in a tranquil secluded location within reach of nearby amenities in Frigiliana village, 5 klm away.

On entering the grounds there are several levels, below the villa there is private parking for at least two cars. On the entrance level there is a covered built in BBQ area with a traditional bread oven, sink etc, a covered terrace with flower beds ideal for dining "Al fresco". Two steps lead to a spacious terrace and pool with Jacuzzi with fantastic views of the local countryside and coast.

The villa is built on one level on entering you arrive into a large lounge/ dining room with patio doors opening out on to all the terraces; there are stairs, which lead to a suspended room, which has a double bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dark pine furniture with dishwasher, electric oven, hob and large fridge freezer (washing machine stored outdoors)

There are two good sized bedrooms one double and one twin both with fitted wardrobes, both share a fully fitted bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle.

This villa offers an excellent standard of accommodation for both families and couples seeking a relaxing holiday in the heart of rural Spain.
The villa sits above and orchard of orange, lemon and meddler trees and there is a large drive way and space to park at least two cars.

The house its self is built on two levels, although all the living accommodation is one, there are steps leading to the entrance making it unsuitable for the disabled.

Once inside you arrive into a small hallway that leads to the spacious lounge dining area, decorated in a cozy rustic style with sofas, easy chairs and a large pine dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace, which runs around the villa and offers excellent views of the local countryside and an ideal place to dine al fresco.

The kitchen is completely separate and is equipped with hob, oven, fridge/ freezer and all the modern conveniences.

There are three bedrooms, two twins and a double all painted in a modern style with pretty bedspreads and curtains. There is one fully fitted bathroom and stairs lead to a small utility room with washing machine and the roof terrace.

The pool is at the side of the villa, along with a BBQ area and there is plenty of space for taking in the sun and relaxing.
