This villa is situated in the village of Frigiliana, tucked away in a quiet corner overlooking the river and local mountains. Having all the charm of a country villa with all the benefits of village life.

The house itself is built on a number of levels making it unsuitable for either the elderly or families with young children.

At the entrance there is an area to park just outside a large gate that leads to a small patio and the villa.

On the ground floor there is a lounge with terrace overlooking the countryside and a double bedroom and small balcony. The kitchen is a good size and with pine cupboards, built in oven, hob, fridge-freezer,and a dining table and chairs. There are stairs down from here to the basement.

On the basement level there is a large fitted bathroom, separate toilet a room where the washing machine is situated and access to the large terrace and pool (7x4m) plus childrens separate area. There is also a BBQ area and small garden.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one twin and one double, that share both a wardrobe and toilet
