Charming country cortijo with panoramic views

In a residential area, about 30 minutes walk from the town center and perched on a hill close to the Burriana beach, it is one Nerja´s oldest houses.

The house has recently been cleverly renovated without changing the original features of the building. Casa Lomas sits in its own extensive gardens, surrounded by avocado and lemon trees and is built on one level with a covered terrace at the front ideal for dining al fresco. There is a separate barbecue area in the garden and a further terrace where the large swimming pool (8m x 4m) is situated, stairs to the side of the villa lead to a roof terrace with panoramic views of Nerja and the sea.

The interior comprises of a lounge dining area with open fire place, a separate fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer the washing machine is stored outdoors.

There are two bedrooms one double and one single and a small bathroom with half bath/ shower.

Cortijo Lomas is ideal for either couples or small families and offers simple but comfortable accommodation close to the amenities of Nerja but in a rural type location.
