Tucked into the hillside with stunning views of the coast of Nerja, this very comfortable modern villa offers a superb self catering holiday base.

The villa sits in an elevated position, and is 5 kilometers from the coast of Nerja and although the majority of the road is surfaced there is approximately 1kilometer of rough track. It boasts fantastic views of the sea and surrounding countryside and is only 5 kilometers from shops, bars and restaurants in Frigiliana.

This newly built villa has been furnished to a high standard with terracotta tiles and Mexican style furniture. Inside, where is a large open- plan lounge with dining area and Cortijo style kitchen in which you will find a good range of amenities, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

There are two good-sized bedrooms one twin and one double; furnished in the same rustic style and they share a full bathroom.

At the front of the villa is a large terrace with swimming pool and partially covered area ideal for dining al fresco. There is a built in BBQ at the back of the house from which you can admire the fantastic views of Frigiliana and the mountains.
