Property Details
The apartment occupies the ground floor of a three storey house built in the 50’s for the present owner’s grandfather and is comfortably furnished as a family holiday home.
It has a double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen/living room leading to a private garden.
Albufeira is a good size town with many restaurants and bars, a large variety of small shops in the town centre, and a supermarket at the end of the road where the villa is situated, c. 400m.
It is a comfortable 30-40 minute drive from Faro Airport.
The main beach is a 5 minute walk down the hill and there are lots of small, secluded beaches within a short drive.
For those interested in golf the Algarve is a Mecca with numerous courses and ideal winter weather conditions.
The apartment has plenty of bed linen and towels and there is a laundry with ironing service 100 yards away. We can arrange for a maid to clean, change the beds and deliver and collect your laundry on a weekly basis.
The nearby Hotel Cerro Grande (5 min. walk)has a nice pool in a garden, which can be used for a daily or weekly fee, £1.00 p/day children, £2.00 p/day adults. Weekly passes work out cheaper.
