Las Flores de Burriana is a new, yet very established complex east of Nerja town and close to Burriana beach, which is one of the most popular beaches in the area, ( approx.10min walk ). Restaurants and bars are all close by. The property is accessed directly from a very quiet road and reached by a few steps down to the front door. Burriana beach is no more than a 10 minute stroll away with it´s shops, water sports, bars and restaurants. Nerja town is 5mins in the car or approx. a 20 minute walk. There is a fabulous golf course about a 30 min. drive away. A large supermarket and tennis courts are also only a few minutes drive away.

The newly furnished town house is set over three spacious floors and is very well equipped. On entering the property there is a spacious living / dining room with 1 x 3 seater sofa and 2 comfortable sofa chairs , dining table and 6 chairs, TV with English channels, fully equipped modern kitchen and toilet room with sink. The lounge / dining room leads to a balcony with a view down to the pool. A short set of steps take you down to the first floor with 2 double bedrooms, one with it's own balcony and both with en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. From here a few more steps take you down to the ground floor where there is a further very spacious bedroom with twin beds, en-suite bathroom, 2 sofas, coffee table and CD player. Patio doors lead out to a terrace with direct access to the communal pool.
