Property Details
This is a two bedroom apartment (build completed in 2005) with wonderful sea and mountain views at an altitude of 1000 feet, which is above the humidity line.
The apartment is 7 kilometres from Paphos and 5 kilometres from Coral Bay Beach. It has a communal pool, and is situated in the traditional village of Tala near the prestigious award winning Kamares Village.
Tala village centre is 300 metres away, where you will find marvellous traditional restaurants and tavernas. There are also two small supermarkets in the square.
A rental car is advisable, however, the local taxi firms are reasonable.
The apartment can sleep up to 6 people (if the sofa bed in the lounge is used), and is fully furnished to the highest standard. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds.
A 29 inch television and a DVD player is in the lounge. There are air conditioning units in both the bedrooms, as well as the dining room / lounge area. Teak furniture is available on the large balcony for outdoor eating and sundowners. There is also a mobile phone available, so that family and friends can get hold of you whilst you are abroad.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your use, but please bring your own beach towels.
To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are also provided.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
A welcome pack will be in the apartment on your arrival, which includes items such as tea, coffee, beer, wine and water.

Dining: Seating for 6. Glass table with six wrought iron chairs. Air condition unit is in this area.
Entertainment: Terrestrial TV, DVD, CD System.
Outside: Communal Pool, Garden, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. Teak outdoor furniture for 6 people is on the balcony. The balony has a shaded and unshaded area.
